About HSC Group
HSC Group has been in business for over 60 years. It was started in 1955 by William Kiel, as a part time job to supplement his income from his full time job. It consisted of a few credit unions and a few other offices. In 1980 Henry Kiel bought the business from his Dad and maintained all the buildings while working another full time job. Henry's wife, Cherise took over the business in 2000 in order to quit her full time job and be home with the kids more. She added the service of residential home cleaning, while Henry continued to clean the commercial businesses. As both sides of the business began to grow, through advertising, referrals, and business contacts, employees were hired to clean both commercial and residential.
The company has had a few different names, including Kiel Maintenance, Kiel Janitorial and Lawn Service, One Source Cleaning Group, Higher Source Cleaning Group and finally HSC Group. We updated the name to HSC Group to modernize and simplify our brand.
In 2023 Neil and Jessica Anderson purchased Higher Source cleaning group from the Kiel family and gave the company its final name of HSC Group.
Throughout the first year of business the Anderson family has revamped all of the company marketing, hired a full time general manager, and grew the company by 15%, which has created job growth. We have changed our products from chemicals to eco-friendly (where best suits the clients needs) as well as changing disposable cleaning supplies to reusable supplies.
Our ultimate goal is to continue to retain our current clients while continuing to grow and create jobs. We want to create an environment where open communication is welcomed with both clients and staff.
